Metalldetektor2To guarantee that all demands on a product are achieved and that no defective products are passed on, Allfood takes measures which assure quality. These measures as a whole form the quality assurance.

Betriebslabor2It is our goal to identify risks in order to make those risks terminable and controllable. Avoiding, discovering and minimizing risks is active risk management. Active risk management can be equated with a modern concept of quality assurance.

Allfood takes the following actions to achieve the mentioned goals:

  • inspection of incoming goods (metal detection)
  • sorting into different classes of quality
  • warehousing in coldstores: monthly site inspection, control of selected storage conditions (temperature control)

  • observance of selected operating instructions such as:
  • product and process hygiene

  • in-plant transportations
  • picking
  • packing
  • usage of metal detectors

  • usage of laser sorting machines to avoid contaminations of all types

  • constant microbiological analysis in our in-plant laboratory
