The company was founded on the 1st of June 1973 in Munich, Germany. From that time on, business activity consisted of trade with fresh and deep-frozen fruits and vegetables for industry purposes and the wholesale market as well as imports and exports.
In the 70s and 80s Allfood acted as an important trade agency for negotiations between the Polish, state-run export agencies and western companies.
Simultaneously purchases of goods in countries like Spain, Yugoslavia, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania or Turkey were enforced and consolidated.
By stabilizing these relations to the supplying countries, Allfood was able to increase its turnover continuously and became an important trade partner for numerous firms of the industry.
In consequence of the transformation process and the structural changes within the Eastern European countries, Allfood found its way by getting more and more involved with toll manufactoring in Polish factories.
In the 1990s Allfood decided to found its affiliate Allmiz Sp. z o. o. and to acquire the ownership of a coldstore in Deblin, Poland.
Till this day the whole production site was expanded and modernized continuously.
Today, Allfood is able to present sound and motivated staff within a successful fruit and vegetable production. This, as an precondition, combined with the close cooperation to our Polish partners enables Allfood to initialize, to manage and to control the distribution of the goods from our office in Munich.
